I thought the Christmas\/New Year period might be pretty quiet with no meetings and only one club event, but there was a lot going on in our social media accounts.\u00a0 If you aren\u2019t there already, you should think about joining our WhatsApp channels.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Claude for organising our carp event, and providing the report.\u00a0 Was fun to watch the images get around to the participants in real time on the event Whatsapp channel inspiring everyone to put in their best shots.\u00a0 Great to see a good roll up.<\/p>\n

Two extended reports (also for inclusion in our \u2018places\u2019 blog) from Paul and Jason make for interesting reading.\u00a0 What is notable is the lack of rainbows this season so far.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s also a snippet on hints for beginners in the local area.<\/p>\n
