The new digital licence can be obtained via an app &#8211; check <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service.nsw.gov.au\/mobile-app\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dpi.nsw.gov.au\/fishing\/recreational\/recreational-fishing-fee\/licence-fees-at-work\/rfnsw\">Recreational Fishing NSW Advisory Council<\/a> represents anglers and makes recommendations to the Minister on the management of our fisheries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The NSW Govt management of Crown Roads (specifically calls for submissions on proposed sales) is to be improved. Meantime here is the <a href=\"http:\/\/roads.crownland.nsw.gov.au\/\">link<\/a> to search for forthcoming proposed sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vfa.vic.gov.au\/recreational-fishing\/fishing-licence\">Victorian Fishing Licence<\/a> (note that ACT Seniors don&#8217;t need a licence). Also provides a link to the nifty Victorian Fishing Smartphone App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I was aware Gold Cards could get a free Concession Pass to NSW National Parks (including KNP) but now all cards including the DVA Veteran\u2019s White Card can get this concession.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au\/passes-and-fees\/conditions-of-use?utm_medium=short-url\">https:\/\/www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au\/passes-and-fees\/conditions-of-use?utm_medium=short-url<\/a><br>A simple on-line process, though my validation required sending an image of the card as using the card number didn\u2019t work.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/account.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au\/concessionpass\">https:\/\/account.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au\/concessionpass<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Other Clubs\/Organisations<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.monarofishsociety.org\/\">Monaro Acclimatisation Society<\/a> While CAA is not a member\/sub-branch of the MAS, their activities are of significant interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/darwinflyrodders.org.au\">Darwin Fly Rodders<\/a> have invited us to share website links. An invitation for our members to engage when they visit is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canberra-anglers.asn.au\/useful_links\/DarwinFlyRodders.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/upperbidgeereach\/\">Upper Murrumbidgee Demonstration Reach<\/a> have established <a href=\"https:\/\/us18.campaign-archive.com\/home\/?u=1c5e56c4abd8ef5b27064ed71&amp;id=4d08f4e55e\">an archive<\/a> of their newsletters &#8211; you can sign up for your own copy here too<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/umcn.org.au\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/umcn.org.au\/\">Upper Murrumbidgee Catchment Network<\/a> &#8211; a group of folk interested in improving the Murrumbidgee River environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Presentations<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/canberra-anglers.asn.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/CRFA2014.pdf\">CRFA2014<\/a> &#8211; this is now a defunct organisation that CAA belonged to &#8211; had some impressive outcomes during its short life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We received a great presentation by the Upper Murrumbidgee Demonstration Reach. A number of opportunities for CAA to be involved were discussed. Claude must have seen this on WIN News. He tells me \u201cLooks pretty good, but I didn\u2019t go past the front page \u2026because I\u2019m still working &#x2639;\u201d.
