Some very sad news of the passing of Pat McFadden – he of some amazing fish both here, in Queensland and New Zealand.  Deepest sympathy to brother Paul and the entire family.

While our events are in hibernation mode, members have been getting about in warmer climes and having success.  A double dose of images from fly tying, for a change these were face to face care of the generosity of Nathan and Boss Outdoors.  Greg S has continued his trawling for interesting snippets on the web – keep it up mate.  I’ve been doing a bit of a deep dive into cold water pollution and DPIRD’s efforts to moderate the impact on natives.
