As you may know, CAA is supporting YMCA Canberra with their Outdoor Adventurers program. This program aims to provide people with a disability and their carers with a variety of outdoor activities that they might not have tried before.
The first stage was our fishing event on Wed 30 Nov. Our carp fishing guru, Charlie, appears on the flyer below.
The event was conducted with equipment donated by Otto’s Tackle World Canberra and Pratt’s Tackle Box Belconnen (Angler’s Art).
Lyall certainly picked a great day with a lovely morning.
Was great to see fish caught.

Big thanks to Lyall, Bill, Charlie from CAA and Peter from YMCA Canberra. Pete and Rob had a fantastic day. They both are very keen to do it again. This was a very well organised and run event. Keep up the good work.
